History of Omsk state medical university
In the quiet of the 1860s, the Omsk fortress was once an administrative middle of Western Siberia. It was once granted city status in 1782. Omsk used to be introduced with its coat of arms in 1785. Omsk grew to become the administrative capital of Western Siberia in 1822.
